The Second Cook is responsible for the preparation and delivery of food to guests as a part of the day to day food service staff. Works with First Cook, Chef, Camp Manager and kitchen staff to continually improve guest satisfaction while maintaining inventory and sanitation levels and provide kitchen maintenance and cleaning.
